I'm feeling a lot better today. I was able to really participate. This seems to be the turning point in my recovery. Yay! Anyway, we did disclosing today and I was mortified because I hadn't really brushed very well this morning. I was running late and if I did 30 sec than that was good...at least it was all pink and not blue! I was also able to practice exploring which is good because that pe is coming up and I hadn't practiced it since we went over it the first time in clinic.
