We're having a nice quiet weekend here. It's been nice. We went to a friend's house last night to have a hotdog and marshmallow roast. The minute we got there it started to thunder and the downpour began, but that didn't stop us! :-) We just built a fire in her fireplace (actually Kaelyn built it! Go girls camp!) and had our fun inside. It rained for about an hour, but then it cleared and the kids ran around outside while my friend Kelly and I just visited by the fire. It was so much fun!
Today I've just been hanging out here while the kids scattered to their friends houses. I love it when they all go play...the peace is so lovely!
I temped as a hygienist for the first time this week. It was a little scary at first, but I felt like I was starting to get the hang of it. I worked for two days and boy was I tired! I'm not used to putting in full work days! I'm temping two days next week and I have a working interview on Wed of next week where I'm working the full day. That is going to be a busy week. Wish me luck on getting the job! I'll be sure to let you know how it turns out....

I love nice good weekends! That marshmellow and hot dog roasting sounded fun. Way to move it inside. Isn't it so relaxing to sit and visit by a fire. I really do love it too.
Ooh girl time by the fire sounds fabulous. I am looking forward to when my kids are older and can just go play by themselves/with their friends. Good luck with temping and the job interview! Sending you good vibes . . .
What fun!!! I'm glad to hear that everyone is enjoying the lazy days of summer. (Even you manage to squeeze in one or two!) We'll keep our fingers crossed on the job front!
